Mathias Corvinus Collegium

Prof. Dr Zoltán Cséfalvay is head of the Centre of Next Technological Futures at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest. Previously, he was a senior researcher at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission in Seville (2019-2020). He served as ambassador of Hungary to the OECD in Paris (2014-2018) and as Minister of State for Economic Strategy in Hungary (2010-2014). He has worked as a research fellow in Cardiff, Vienna, Heidelberg, Munich and Budapest. Recently he has published his latest book – TECHtonic Shifts – on the current industrial revolution and its economic and geopolitical consequences.
